Hey friends!!! How’s your week going? Today is Tuesday and you know what that means….TACOS!!!! Eat all the tacos you can today 🙂 HAHAHAHA I absolutely love taco Tuesday! I have the most delicious recipe for you….vegetarian tacos for the win!!! These are so dang good, whether your a non-meat eater or just looking for ways to make your life healthier, these tacos will be your new fav!!!
- Taco shells
- Re-fried beans
- Shredded Lettuce
- Shredded Cheese (I like cheddar but any others will work)
- Sour Cream
Heat your taco shells according to the directions on the box. Heat your beans. Dice the tomato. Then start filling your shells! Add the beans, cheese, tomato, lettuce, sour cream, and top with some salsa!!!!
It’s that easy folks. Ready in about 5 minutes! These vegetarian tacos pack a lot of flavor and are so healthy.
